I had a great experience with Floorplan Studio. Henry was fantastic to deal with — very helpful, well organised and efficient in coordinating everything from choosing the carpet to installation. The whole process was completed in basically one week, which was much faster than I expected.

The installers did an excellent job as well. The workmanship is fantastic, and the carpet joins are virtually invisible. The finished result looks beautiful, especially on the stairs.
