Oak Natural, Preference Floors Oakleaf HD Plus Laminate flooring
For this lovely homeowner in Wentworth Point, this was more than just another renovation. She described it as her “last-time” flooring makeover, so we wanted to make sure it was comfortable, practical and beautiful for years to come.
We recommended Preference Floors Oakleaf HD Natural Oak, a premium laminate flooring that offers the warm appearance of natural timber with much easier maintenance.
The product was an ideal choice for her home because it provides good water and scratch resistance, making it suitable for busy areas such as kitchens and hallways. With 30 unique grain patterns, the finished floor has a natural and varied appearance without the repetitive look sometimes associated with laminate flooring.
It is also extremely easy to maintain. There is no need for waxing or special treatment, and regular vacuuming and damp mopping are enough to keep it looking clean.
One small but important detail was the kitchen finish. Instead of using traditional scotia, we created matching kickboards from the same flooring material. This gave the kitchen a cleaner, more seamless appearance and reduced the small gaps where dust and dirt can collect.
The homeowner was delighted with the result and especially appreciated how easy the new floor would be to live with every day.
This Wentworth Point project is a great example of how the right laminate flooring can combine comfort, practicality and a premium timber look.
The client spent around $13000 in this project.
