Tan, Preference Floors Engineered Timber Flooring, Prestige Oak 15/4mm
This project was recently completed in Killara, Sydney.
The homeowners first visited our Thornleigh showroom several months before the installation, where they selected Preference Floors Prestige Oak Tan AB Grade Engineered Timber Flooring.
One of the reasons they chose this product was its AB Grade European Oak, which features fewer knots and a more consistent appearance than standard grades. It offers the natural beauty of real timber while creating a cleaner and more refined look throughout the apartment.
As this was a strata apartment, we assisted the client by providing our licence, insurance certificates and supporting documentation for strata approval before the project commenced.
The project included flooring removal and disposal, subfloor levelling, installation of engineered timber flooring as a floating floor system, and replacement of all skirting boards throughout the three-bedroom apartment.
The total investment for this renovation was approximately $20,000, delivering a complete flooring transformation with a premium engineered timber finish.
