Preference Maple Falls Engineered Hardwood Flooring is a premium collection from Preference Floors, crafted from American Red Oak and White Ash — two highly regarded Northern Hemisphere hardwood species known for their strength and natural grain beauty. The range offers 12 carefully selected colours, finished in a High-Spec AB grade for a cleaner appearance with fewer knots and controlled natural variation.
Each plank measures 1900 x 190 x 14/3mm (2.166m² per carton), featuring a 3mm solid hardwood wear layer over a stable engineered core. The tongue & groove profile allows for direct stick or floating installation. A light brushed surface, micro bevel edges (V4), and a water-based matte coating create a refined, contemporary finish suitable for modern Australian homes.

Care & Maintenance
Daily maintenance is simple. Regular vacuuming, cleaning with a well-wrung damp mop, or using a robotic vacuum cleaner are all suitable for timber flooring.
