Preference Pronto Engineered Oak Flooring is a durable and cost-effective European oak range manufactured by Preference Floors. Featuring a 3mm solid oak wear layer bonded to an 11mm multi-layer plywood core, Preference Pronto offers excellent stability, strength and long-term performance. The Hi-Spec ABC visual grade delivers a cleaner look with fewer knots, finished in a light brushed surface with VOC-free matte coating (E1 rated).
Available in wide plank and herringbone formats, Pronto flooring can be installed as direct stick or floating (wide plank only), while herringbone must be direct fixed. It is compatible with hydronic in-slab heating and backed by a 25-year structural warranty and 20-year residential coating warranty. Slip rating P3 and fire-tested performance make Pronto engineered timber suitable for modern Australian homes and multi-residential projects.
Care & Maintenance
Daily maintenance is simple. Regular vacuuming, cleaning with a well-wrung damp mop, or using a robotic vacuum cleaner are all suitable for Pronto timber flooring. The manufacturer recommends Bona Timber cleaning kits for ongoing care. Floorplan Studio stocks Bona products and can provide detailed advice if required.
