Our Projects
Floorplan Studio isn’t about doing the fanciest projects ($$$$$). We focus on delivering solid, reliable, everyday flooring and carpet solutions for our local Sydney communities.
We choose products that suit how people actually live. We follow current design trends, but we also respect traditional Australian taste. Our goal is simple — floors that look good, feel right, and work well in real homes.
Our installation standards follow Australian building requirements and the guidance of the Australian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA). We care about doing the job properly and using materials that are safe and responsible.
There are no shortcuts and no secret formulas in our installations. We believe in doing the basics well. We use good materials. We work with experienced installers. We prepare the subfloor carefully. We cut straight, and line things up properly. We leave the right expansion gaps and finish the edges neatly. And then we deliver the project to our clients, knowing it has been done the right way.

03 Visit Our Showroom (10 mins drive from Hornsby)
You are welcome to visit our showroom to see and feel the products in person and speak with one of our friendly team members about your flooring project. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Appointments are welcome. If possiblet, you may like to bring a few photos or videos of your existing floors, edging, and stairs, and ideally a copy of your floor plan. This will help us provide more accurate advice and guidance during your visit.
04 Site visit (Monday to Friday 30mins Session)
We conduct site visits to take detailed measurements and assess critical on-site technical conditions, ensuring we provide you with an accurate and reliable quote for your project. Our site visits are scheduled on weekdays and typically take around 30 minutes.
05 Get Quote and go ahead
We will provide a detailed quotation based on your requirements and site conditions. If everything meets your expectations, we can then move forward with the project. Our current lead time is approximately two weeks. Deposit and upfront payment are required prior to commencement of the works.
